Maternity notes

Hi, I was just wondering if any of the ladies on here who had applied for a copy of their maternity notes could tell me how they were delivered?
It's over a week since the hospital said they had been sent out and nothing yet. Did they have to be signed for or did they just pop them in the normal post? I'm worried they've got lost or that somebody else has gotten a hold of them.

Hi I'm not sure the answer to this but I'm going to say with Christmas and all the bank holidays I'd say that's why they are taking longer to come xx
