mat allowance help!!!

help ladies! due to finish work saturday and just began filling out my maternity allowance form. Didnt realise i had to send a matb1 form with my application. so il get 1 this week from my midwife and fill it out and send with application? is that all i need to do? Panicking now about delays and stuff xxx

are you claiming it from government rather than an employer?

if so then as far as i know its just the form and the mat b1 u need to do.

Iv applied for mat allowance and had to send off 13 payslips, a matb1 and the form from my head office stating y they couldnt pay me maternity pay x

. Yes I'm self employed and will get money from government. Just wondered if there would've a delay, but if I just do the form and send matb1 that should be ok? X
