Major backache

OMG! my back hurts so much

Can't get comfy sitting, standing, swaying, ANYTHING-ING! lol!

Can't even sit on my ball as I'm at work. Considering going to the shopping centre across the road to find one! Lol!

Have any of u ladies found any way of relieving the pain? Don't really wanna take paracetamol unless I have to

Try having a little walk around Hun sometimes that helps.

Yeah. Thinkin I may take a nice slow walk over the shops. Gets me out of the crazy place for a bit too xx

Go into the ladies and get on your hands and knees and stretch you back upwards!

I did that in the middle of the office! Lol! I have no shame! Lol!

Was gonna suggest getting on your knees too, with elbows on the ground and butt in air

I'll give that a go in a min I'm sure everyone will laugh at me but at this moment in time I couldn't care!

Make sure you wiggle your bum a bit too the physio at antenatal yesterday was highly recommending this as a good way to alleviate backache. Good luck

If It still hurts after my walk I will give it a go princess! I have a volunteer to take pics! Lol!
