Lupus and pregnancy

Hubby and I are going to start trying for our 2nd soon. I had a lot of trouble the last time, premature birth via emergency c section, 2 days in intensive care and severe pre-eclampsia. Since the birth of my son I have been diagnosed with Lupus. Does anyone have any experience with this and how was it managed through pregnancy? Thanks x

no i dont have lupus my doc thought i might have had it because i had a borderline positive RA factor and ANA 1:160. But i also had the HLA B 27 gene. so my diagnosis is now ankylosing spondylitis and poly arthritis which is in all my joints. its so frustrating to have this disease i didnt know about it until i was pregnant 24 weeks. i knew i had pain but i was told it was probably fibro and then i found it was not and i was so so sick. i hope u can be fine with this and being pregnant i have had such a difficult time with doctors who didnt wanna help me. i think you will have better luck then me though just be careful !!
