Lower back ache

Hey everyone

I'm 10 weeks 5 days pregnant and today I have been experiencing lower back ache, is this normal?

I assume it's because of all the growing baby is doing but just any reassurance!!!

Hello yes it is normal and think all your muscles are more relaxed that's why lower back aches at beginning.
