Back ache anyone?

I have been experiencing back ache on the right hand side only, and very low down. Has anyone else had this??

I have had backache for 2 days now, not pleasant at all, very hard to walk/be up for a long time.

Yes but mine on left. Hot water bottle works wonders! Try to gently rock your pelvis if you can. Have you a pilates ball? If you do, just sittimc in it and move about it a nice gentle way to stretch. Hope it gets better soon!

Yep its normal.. i was around 11 weeks when i got my bad back.. its just everything stretching for baby hope it eases soon.. xx
