I'm not sure where we are meeting but if it is somewhere like St.James park then they have a maximum number allowed for a group gathering = they say 20 people, otherwise we'd have to arrange it with them.

We have 16 names so far but the list keeps growing
so if it dose end up being St James then yes we'd have to look into arranging access for a larger group

i dont mind where we go but when we met up last year we went to st james park and there was only a few of us in the end but we just got some food and all just sat down in the park ate and chatted then went for a walk around buckingham palce,
