I didn't get a positive on these "10"miu early results until after my missed period. I got a positive on superdrug early result at 9dpo, 11dpo for frer then 16 Dpo I finally showed a faint line on these x

They're really not reliable. I usually use these and if there is a hint of something then I will use a more expensive test. I think for a definite answer you need a different test. Good luck!
