Last Minute Christmas Diet!

Well Ive weighed in, 11 stone 8lb. :cheer: thats 2lb lost since last week! And if you count since last friday (when I freakily gained 4lb, Ive technically lost 6lb!!! )

I totally freaked out on friday and ended up eating crisps and chocolate all day then not had a good weekend either really, although it was in the back of my mind so maybe I didnt eat as much as I would have.

This morning Ive had half a grapefruit (I hear theyre good??) and a banana. Im drinking my skinny cappuccino while pondering what I could have for my 10.30 snack. We got a huge fruit bowl. low fat yoghurts and skips in the house. Also pickles onions. Yum!
 
woooop go tiny!! :D im currently eating 2 clementines lol which brings me to a grand total of 52 cals for this morning :l lmao!! x
 
:rofl: I had some skips but we're leaving the house at 10 to go swimming so had to eat something. Thats my excuse. No idea how many calories, Might just do that maths. Didnt drink my cappuccino as it went lumpy :sick: so Imgonna have a fruit tea instead. Prob for the best!
 
half a grapefruit; 50kcal
banana; 120kcal (aparently??)
skips; 82kcal
fruit tea; 80kcal

so my total so far today is; 332kcal. Im just gonna drink water now until lunch time.
 
but bananas release energy slowly rather than all in one go and then feeling empty iykwim so prob worth 120! i norm wud eat bananas in morn but ate last one yest ! the day before i diet haha! omg what a waste of 80 cals with the tea haha ewwww!!! swimmings good me and madison were going twice a week but not recently lol i havent been driving in the bad weather!!! altho not that i burn any calories i just swish her around for 40 mins!! xx
 
lol i was gonna say, nt sure how many calories i'll burn in the baby pool. I love this fruit tea, its kind of instant tea granules. basically its squash :lol:
 
ooooh what is it hun?? i drink skinny mochas as super filling when im dieting ... when im not hot chocolate with marshmallows nom nom!! xx
 
its from lidl, I just googled it and theyre not on tinterweb. says on back 40kcal per 100ml but I dunno if thats the granules or 100ml made up with water :confused: its got sweetener so I didnt think it would be that bad.
 
Hi :wave: gatecrashing this thread cos I need to lose weight but for a long period, not just for Xmas.

I'm currently 13st 1lb andf my target is 10st 7lb (ive done it before I can do it again).

Before TTC (March) I was 15st 4lb so I've come a long way so far but huge way still to go. I piled on all my weight when pregnant last time and never got back but just 3 weeks ago I was 12.st 12lbs so need a kick up the butt to get me back on the right track. I want to get pregnant and have a better control of myself this tiome around!

My dissy is due in tomorrow so once thats in I shall be at the gym like a crazy lady! Ive also been veggie for 5 days now and eating veg more often and not snacking. I measured the biggest part of my belly (so around my muffin tops and baby belly) and its 38 inchs :faint: so I have to lose an inch before my mum and Ill win a fiver! lol.
 
ooh must go to lidl have anose chick its 40cals per cup then wooooo ur just making it weaker! :D even better.... i thot 80 cals was dodge for cuppa tea! lol x
 
just had a marshmallow - 22 cals apparently lol! im alredi eyeing up my cupboards!! 228 cals for pack of super noodles! im having a v exciting lunch haha!! xx

im not surprised your tummys grumbling!!! and yes it was compulsary to have two. she actually said she wouldnt ever invite me round again if i didnt have 2. :blush:

I had a yoghurt and a chicken drumstick. I cant stop eating today :doh:
 
so far today: 850kcal plus 1 chicken drumstick. :lol:

Just got to manage a healthy dinner and we're on track :yay: its left overs potato cakes tonight with salad.
 
think im having plain baked potatoes with beans ORRR frozen WW meal but i dont think i can face frozen meal as im soo hungry and know ill be more satisfied after potatoes.... how many cals in a baked potato.... getting a lot of conflict on google from 130-210??

oh and totally understand y u had two now!? lmao!! :D ur still doing good anything under 1500 cals is excellent as 2000 cals maintains ur weight so woop woop! :D i need a real starvation day for my first day cos i think tummyll shrink a little and then itll be easier tomorrow xx
 
Potatoes are hard cos it depends on size. If you really wanted you could find out how many kcal in 100g of potato then weigh the one youre gonna use. All a bit time consuming for my liking though!!

I had 2 cos theyre delicious okay???? :lol: I got a taste for chocolate and really regretted it too cos I just wanted more.

Im gonna get on with preparing dinner now I think, Im getting hungry!
 
lol mines in i put on two v small ones so i might count them the average cals just so that shud more than cover them ... and having half tin of baked beans :/ really want cheese and bacon same as oh haha xx
 
wow you eat early. we never eat before 8pm these days :blush:
