

Well Ive weighed in, 11 stone 8lb.

I totally freaked out on friday and ended up eating crisps and chocolate all day then not had a good weekend either really, although it was in the back of my mind so maybe I didnt eat as much as I would have.
This morning Ive had half a grapefruit (I hear theyre good??) and a banana. Im drinking my skinny cappuccino while pondering what I could have for my 10.30 snack. We got a huge fruit bowl. low fat yoghurts and skips in the house. Also pickles onions. Yum!
