hows the study going hun? I just came on to read this thread again for motivation. Im starting to feel hungry and think about snacking. I just automatically walk to the snack cupboard without thinking then I think "dammit nooooo"
Gonna weigh in tomorrow morning cos Ive done really well the last 48 hrs ( an achievement for me!!) and I need some motivation to keep me going!! I need to find something to wear for this work christmas party too.... hmmm that'll be depressing!
Ive wrote 707 words. Its shocking. I have to write about the role the taste has on art citisism. I might just write utter crap from now on and just redo the essay after xmas. Iv still got 4000 words to write on my dissertation thats due in next week, apparently I can get a form for an extension but I dont have a valid reason for getting one.
I might cry.
Keep going, sounds like your doing uber well so far. Put sticky notes all over the snack cupboard. Oh and put a picture of how you want your body to look on the fridge. I did this...then took it down as it made me feel bad everytime I got myself a tub of ben and jerrys out lol!
Ok, so! I didnt hand the essay in, its just going to be late, end of. I had a bit of a moment earlier and so text FOB and he made me feel better. Were going for pizza so I can chill out and have time with someone my own age. However! I did just finish my big bar of glaxy truffle, just ate a pizza and currently drinking a teenie bit of wine....

Im about to tuck into a big bowl of home made paella with chicken bacon (I know, I know) chili, veg and some brown rice but not that much. I sweetened it with a spoon on honey too, but its better than sugar!
You're doing really well chick! My head was spinning earlier fs, I managed to grab 2 pepperamis.. Amazing I know lol I didn't have dinner tonight, was rushing to get OH his before he went on nightshift..

5 mini scotch eggs (which I only tried last week and can't believe I have lived my life without them!)

2 mini pepperamis

I always weigh myself first thing in the morning, and completely naked. Its easier to handle. But when I weighed in for this it was in the afternoon so Im hoping Ill have 'lost' a little by technicality!!
M+s do 2 pots of mini ones for 3.50 and they are amazingggg.. I class them as a treat now Also if you have an advent calender the chocolate is approx 24kcal so not bad at all Cup-a-soups aren't even 100kcal so are also good xx
I cant handle advent calendar chocolates, its too small an amount, it just feeds my addiction and doesnt satisfy me at all. Im better if I just dont eat chocolate on a daily basis.
Hi girls - I always found that doing Slimfast religiously would shed the weight mega fast! even if you only did it for a week or two then you might find that you see results really quickly. I'll be on it when I stop b'feeding although I have shifted a good bit of weight from just doing that
