with my smoking cessation nurse today

I have been using the nicorrette 16 hour patch for the last 12 weeks and have been smoke free! I have had the odd slip up but i am so proud of myself and how far i have come. I have stopped smoking lots of times before but always slipped back. I'm feeling really positive that this is for good this time.

I've also noticed how much more energy i have. The only down side is i have started substituting it with food Will have to start diet and exercising to get back my bod!
