a word of advice too...... I was popping morrissons and wilkinsons own brand heartburn tablets like there was no tomorrow before I had all my problems with kidney stones , docs are now saying they could be linked to the kidney stones as they are full of calcium 
so in effect i could have contributed or given myself the stones through taking too many tablets even tho I never ever eceeded the dose
