Just fell down the stairs!

Yep, I was walking down the stairs and the arch of my foot went on the edge and I slipped down 3 or 4 steps. Managed to get an arm behind me but still hit my left hip/back.

Bit worried about baby, but she is still wiggling about.x

I was soo shocked I didn't know nether to cry or not. My immediate rection was to ring my husband so there I was flat on my bak on the stairs on the phone to hubby. Bless him I don't think he quite knew what to say!

No didn't hit bump, fell backwards and got my hip/bum area. Just a bit shining hen it happens. Baby is moving around still so hopefully all ok. I just hope I haven't damaged any part of her!x

I'm good thanks...the area is quite sore, but managed to escape any broken bones or massive bruises!
