Can you get yourself a bath Lauren I had a bad back last night but had a nice soak and it eased off so much?

Bath and then hot water bottle. Way better than the patch things anyway (and cheaper!)

Yeah if your OH will massage you that is! Mine suddenly gets 'sore hands' after two minutes and gives me a limp fingered stroke instead. It's terribly lame lol

No patches are from pound land hey ;) and doctors called you can use them but over your clothing not directly onto skin as reaches 57c xx

Yay, just found out the next block of Lazy Daisy Birthing classes starts on the 28th April. I loved it so much last time! I think I'll enjoy it more this time as my SPD isn't so bad (so far, touch wood!!) but it will seem weird going knowing that there's a 30% chance (apparently) of me having a section again. But I suppose there's always that chance in first pregnancies too, so not much different. Looking forward to that now :) Two weeks time, so I'll be nearly 27 weeks. I'll probably end up doing two blocks again, should time it quite nicely! Yay :) xx

Very excited, dh is putting the drawers together!!!! Can't believe I didn't even need to ask again lol Must of helped getting the dogs to jump on him to wake him up at 7 lol.

I've got another one who tries to get out of the back rub thing. He can sit for hours and rub the dogs belly but when it comes to my back it lasts 2 minutes before he's either complaining of hand ache or he's fallen asleep. Good news about the heat pads. Don't feel so bad about using them now. I was thinking about getting some for the long journey to the in laws, they'll be easier than a hot water bottle.

Science Mummy - Completely agree, wish I didn't have to go back after Easter but think I worked out that I have 9 working weeks left! Glad you had a good day today! xx

Coz - Glad you finally got your Harvester. Can relate to DH sleeping! xx
We had lunch out for my Nan's 80th today. I drove. So when we got home he was meant to be playing with DD and fell asleep on the floor! I was going out for reflexology and reiki at 5.45. So I made DH a coffee, woke him up, he moved to the sofa. Phoebe was doing a puzzle by his feet. I gave her instructions to shout in daddy's ear if he fell asleep again (she's good at this!!) and asked, 'are you both ok?' to dh, Ph replied, 'yes mummy', and again to Dh 'you're in charge', ph replied 'ok mummy!'. Think she took it to heart too!

Leesey - I've just got my maternity leggings delivered today and been wearing them all afternoon. Really comfy - £12, got some 3/4 length ones too but haven't tried them on yet. xx

Anna - I'd really like to go to Bluewater's baby show too but as I went to the baby show at excel not sure DH will want to go to another one! xx

So as I said, went for reflexology and reiki again tonight and asked her to reiki my tummy again and again the baby is now doing backflips!

Hope you've all had a good day xx

I've been doing them too. Our lady is starting a new class much closer to my home so I wanted to go to those but now she's only got me and 1 other so she might come to my house to do them at no extra cost - even better! xx

Wow excellent, I always wished the classes were in my house, you get so sleepy and relaxed at the end it's always a bit dangerous driving home!! xx

I know, our lady always says she wishes she has a magic porthole that people can just step through and be home!!

Anna I went for the Britax Affinity...wanted a good sturdy pram with good wheels to take walking!

Have been craving these bloody m and s hot cross buns but have had to settle for normal ones from Sainsburys! Need to get myself to a marks!

coz, Wahey for the drawers!

Lauren, hope your pain isn't too bad, lots of ladies struggling with various pains on this forum, so lots of advice to be had!
