Evening ladies, sorry not been on much recently...
We've found a house and will be moved in by end of Feb Woop!!
Had my 16 week midwife app today and she didn't go near me with the Doppler... A little disappointed but I saw bubs on Sunday so not really bothered much. All my bloods were fine from 8 weeks and my blood type is O+
On a plus only 3 more sleeps till we know the colour of our bumpage can not wait now
I really want cake now after reading your posts

Wow only 3 more sleeps, I'm hoping to find out next week at my 16 week scan to check the baby! I'm moving too got to be out by 17th march. We'll be packing while everybody else is shopping! X

I've been feeling a bit crappy all day, so I just made a Victoria sponge, filled it with jam, and ate it warm! It made my souls happy

Hey consultant appointment was okay but he couldn't perform the internal scan at that hospital so I have to go back tomorrow morning to the main hospital to have it done!
It's internal and they can measure the cervix that way to make sure it's not shortened!
I'm glad in a way they are keeping an eye on it xx

Oh forgot to say, turns out I'm not immune to reubella! Turns out I wasn't immune with dd either but no one picked up on it. I've definitely had mmr though. Strange! Xx

I'm not immune either, and I've had the mmr 3 times!! It was picked up on with DD but they just said no point getting mmr again if it didn't work the first 3 times!

Just to be extra wary of picking up rubella xx

Yeah, I've had it twice. Trouble is I'm a primary school teacher and I haven't told school that I'm pregnant yet!

Aww Daley I hope you can find out... I've got a busy few weeks ahead with tidying and packing and organising everything, it's amazing how much crap you accumulate in a year lol and we've gotta be moved into our new place by Feb 24th luckily we've stayed with the same letting agent and they are going to arrange for is to het the keys 2 weeks early

Yup we've had loads of staff off too but school have mucked up my pay and I really don't want to tell them until it's sorted, which I know sounds awful but with a new head and new deputy both started this term I don't know enough about them to know how they'll react yet!!

Just got out of hospital cervix is 48cm which is normal.. They measure again at 20 weeks to be safe!
Even got to see baby's head and heart beating which was nice!

My placenta is very low at the moment so he is hoping it will move the further on I get or I won't be able to give birth naturally xx

I think mine is low cos I feel full and uncomfortable low down, just above my public area.

You're so prepared...baby will be in with us for 6months, & then will be sharing will LO..
We have another room but it's more useful as an office for the OH.. So no nursery preps for me!

Ahhh I'm so envious of you ladies moving house! I have to wait three months before we can get the house moving ball rolling! I'm going to be so round by the time we are moving! Praying we find somewhere in time.

I can't look at proper nursery furniture yet. Hubby's been offered a position overseas so it depends if we're moving or not. I love what you've got Sarah, I'd love to be able to get a proper changing unit.

Thanks ladies. We had to cancel our honeymoon cos of my HG so we used all the insurance money to buy everything we wanted. No way could we have afforded everything otherwise to be honest. Plus the January sales helped lol

We were planning to move but then I got pregnant and as I've been so ill we had to stop looking. Now have decided to wait as even if we find something tomorrow and manage to find a buyer for our place tomorrow, will still be HEAVILY pregnant when we move so would rather stay put now until after baby in here!

hi girls! Hope you're all doing ok xx i had midwife app this morning, blob's heartbeat nice n strong. Got our 3d scan on sat will hopefully find out what team we're on! Yaaay! feeling excited!
