Hi Jenna

Has AF arrived for you yet hun? I'm on CD 72 and i really feel fed up with it today. ITs getting me down. I don't know how your coping?

I'm convinced i cannot have children and what that will mean for me and OH as he really really really wants them and i just don't know if he'll stay with me if i cannot, we've been together nearly 12 years and i know he loves me but its just such a huge thing!


I've had suspicions for 2 years my cycles haven't been right. Why didn't i go to the doctors earlier?

Iv had period pain for 2 days now but no AF yet

Im sure you can have kids hun, theres loads of women with weird cycles that doo. I think we just need a bit of help

I've been to see the doctors and they said they will start tests when AF arrives but that was three and a half weeks ago and still no Af or no signs of her. So i've booked a telephone conversation tomorrow with the doc. I just don't know how much longer i can go waiting and waiting not knowing whats going on, the weeks are quickly turning into months but i know you know how that feels. What CD are you on is it 79 or 80 ish?

yeah im getting close to 80 i cant remember exactly but im just less than a week infront of you lol.

Im sick of wearing pads my legs are starting to get sore but if i dont i'll only have an accident one day and that'd be a lovely end to wonderful cycle really

Well I've just spoken to the doctor and she said that under the circumstances we shouldn't wait for AF to start tests, and she said she'd like me to come in straight away to do a blood test and then a week later a double appointment for bloods and internal. and these should tell her if i'm pre-menapausal WTF!!!! I feel so sick with worry she also said rather than wait, as time is of the essence (again WTF) she would like OH to go in to rule out any problem with him as if we go through treatment and i start ovulating she said that is not the time to find out that the OH too has a problem better to know now rather than later. Bit in shock really i'm only 28 and this time a few months ago i thought i'd be waiting for a BFP not the results of these blooming test. But i guess i'll get some answers

on the bright side hun your doctor seems keen to help you. Im sure if there is something wrong they will find out and help you which is better than waiting around to find theres something wrong. Hope everything goes ok and keep us updated on the results and stuff sorry you are going through this hun

i am really pleased with the doctors and her willingness to want to help me so early on TTC but just a bit shocked at what she's telling me but i guess i just need to buck up and get on with it and what will be will be and just get these tests done and do whatever it takes from here on in!

It could be worst and i've got to keep telling myself that!

Some times doctors say things with out thinking. Theres certain words we see as worrying when in doctors terms they dont always mean that. Im sure theres nothing to worry about hun

It's good that she is willing to help so quickly, instead of telling you you're young and have plenty of time. I'm sure she's just trying to prepare you for the worst rather than give you false hopes. Glad that things are moving for you.

Thats what my Gp told me! Youd never tell some one whos got a cold that or some one whos having a heart attack. I dont get why they dont take things like this seriously! I dont care what they say having a long period when your not pregnant cant be good for you and is a awful thing to have to go through TTC or not!

No AF yet, the pains and cramps have gone aswell. Im just trying to focus more on loseing weight than TTC for a while and hope that AF just shows up when shes ready. Iv tried sex and its not brought it on

Me too. It looks like i've not ovulated this month. So gonna stop all the pills and potions and concentrate on dropping a dress size by Nov. I've agreed to go to Oasis and not entering the pool looking like a killer whale! Plus wanna be a size 10 by Jan, my In-laws 50th and all my S-I-L are soooooo thin. I'll still be fat at a size 10!!!

I'm sure I'll get to my goal weight and fall pg. Just to spite my already wonderful life!
