Is everyone well?

Can't see anything Mel :(

I'm completely knackered - I shall blame the lovely weather! I've been on a mission - washing anything and everything, even defrosted the freezer today. haha.

Only 1 week of the summer hols left for me, boohoo. Off to work tomorrow as got a meeting and then lots of jobs I would like to get done while there will be hardly anyone in the building. I do love my job, and I like being busy, but I am worried about the long hours, 45 min drive there and back and the constant demands/stress. Especially, as this pregnancy i'm coming home to a toddler rather than when I was pregnant with Zac, and was coming home to just OH.
I work full-time, OH works 4 days a week - so I shall be leaving him a detailed list of jobs on his day off as Zac will be at pre-school 9am-3pm on that day.

Alipops x

Iv'e been having bursts of mega energy, used to sort long overdue house work  i go on missions where I literally don't stop! it's fab lol x

Had some more bleeding today so think it'll be another day at the hospital for me 😢

Congrats on your scans, lovely experiences to remember forever xx

Hope you are doing ok Karen x

Mel there's so much detail!! You can see babies nostrils and everything, very cute!!

I have my scan tomorrow. I'm mildly panicking but baby has been moving so that's more reassuring. I know we've had a healthy baby since but I still get the fear. I'll just have to keep super busy at work until 2! I am looking forward to hopefully telling our boys that they'll be getting another sibling. And breathe....

Yeah im pleased she gave me a pic of that!

Hope all goes well for your scan megsmeadow, are you finding out gender? Xx

Hi ladies,

Hope you are all doing well. I've not posted much as I have been getting LOTS of housework done so I'm super happy about that. OH and I bought some more little bits for baby over the last week, we are getting so excited and anxious now!

I thought I would share a bump picture with you all as our little boy is getting so big now! Xx

Hi ladies!

We have our 20w scan on Monday and then off on holiday on Tuesday! So excited and weirdly not nervous for this one at all as I was really worried about the first one. I think it's because I have been getting a lot of movement in the last 10 days which has surprised me - didn't think I would feel so many kicks this early but I love it!! :)

Hey ladies :)
hope all the scans go well. We're on holiday In majorca at the moment but I'll have a proper catch up when I'm back. I haven't really felt baby move still, which is getting me down. But I know it's because I have anterior placenta, it's not that anything is wrong! But still, I just want to feel it properly and OH is keen to feel it too. Hopefully soon. Stupidly hot here, and if I'm honest, abroad with 4 (3 young) kids , plus a man child, ill need a break myself when we're back!! Hahaxx

Hello!
What a stressful but lovely afternoon. All our babies measurements are good but the sonographer had a really hard time seeing the necessary bits and pieces. She gave us her best guess as she did see three lines and no added extras. So we're tentatively team pink! I got very emotional at the scan, and still feeling it now. I'm so happy,,
relieved and delighted that baby is doing well, but it's brought a little bit of grief right back to the surface too.
we have an arterial scan in a couple of weeks so I'll ask the consultant to double check then.

So pleased the scan went well Megs, and I'm sure a little bit of grief is only natural.

*TMI Alert!* - the other day I thought I was going to end up with a no2 stuck in my tubes, I kid you not. Eventually, got it out but it was very painful. Tonight, I've had tummy pains as if I need the loo but it has taken ages for it to come out. I've never had this before - talk about uncomfortable!! I really hope this is just a passing phase.

Back to work for me on Monday - not sure how I'm gonna sustain the energy after 6 weeks off!

Pleased to hear babies and mummies are keeping well - time seems to be flying!

Ali I also don't know how I'm going to survive next week after this break!! Suddenly I struggle to get my toddler and I out of the house by 10 and we need to be ready and out by 7.30 Monday! Thanks goodness for a couple of training days to ease me into it!!

Ali, I feel your pain!! I'm sure the pregnancy vitamins don't help!!!

I'm not a super organised person but after the holidays I've found I just want everything in order. Slightly less stressful being back in the routine!

:lol:We just told our eldest son that he's going to be a big brother again. He's delighted! He'd prefer a sister but he's OK either way. And recalled thinking that mummies gave birth to girl babies, and daddies made boy babies  I think we'll have some more explaining to do!!

Lol bless him. My 3yo neice has told everyone she is having a baby but it's in Aunty Carlys tummy. When we told her is was a boy, not a girl as she'd said, there was some confusion... "but I asked for a little girl" she's come round to the fact now and she seems happy either way lol
They do come out with the funniest things x

Hi girls,

Had our scan today, all is well! Could see everything in so much detail which I am sure you all did too. Can't believe I am halfway already!

Only slight issue is placenta is lying low so I've been booked in for a scan at 36w to see if it has moved. Not worried about it though! :)

Hi kathryn great news about your scan and hopefully you get good news at the 36wk too :D.

Im so achey, i usually continue to lift during pregnancy and as such i have been lugging furniture and books and allsorts round for our new very long-awaited carpet to be fitted today and also had my first attempt at wallpapering last week!

I have made an under stairs dumping ground that used to be curtained off into an open toy hideaway/den and did it in dark spiderman wallpaper with some cheapy led lights... Its a quirky corner of our otherwise very (Very) neutral living room. My lo is a tad young for spiderman but at least that gives it a longer life haha plus it was the only boys roll of paper i could see and a bargain at £2 in the clearance!!

Had a great weekend in Montreal Canada so I'll update sexes now that I'm back :) baby has been moving like crazy every day and I feel so much even with the anterior placenta, glad it's nice and high so I feel her underneath it I guess lol
