Just a quick update, as I’m still exhausted and on strong pain medication! We had our cesearean on 4th jan, there were complications but our PINK bundle was born weighing 7lb 1oz, so in love and over the moon! good look ali and anyone else having signs x

That’s awesome sugar finally a little girl after 4 boys? I’d be thrilled too. Glad you both made it through

Just to let you know Louisa was born yesterday at 117am, weighing 7lbs 4oz
It’s quite a tale so I’ll explain more when I’m home which may well be Monday.

She is absolutely stunning and we are delighted.

What symptoms should I be looking for. I feel like he's dropped loads in the last week, today I'm having cramping with bouts of Braxton hicks. I know it's all good signs, but can these things go on for weeks, days? I'm getting restless now

I've been having back pains and cramping all day on and off. Period like cramps but not very bad ones.... hoping it's the start of something but so hard to know!!

Congrats sugar and Ali!! Hope all going well for you both. Sorry for my lack of posting, it’s all been a bit of a whirlwind after the birth of our baby girl on 2nd, so I just haven’t had time to look at the forum! All are well, we are all so in love with her and she’s been a great baby so far. BF is a struggle but we are trying and will see how we get on. Good luck to everyone still waiting and look forward to hearing about more arrivals!

Midwife today at 38 +6 she hasn’t engaged yet so got obgyn in a week when we are 40 weeks hopefully she will drop by then lol

I'm hoping to bf this time for longer but it can be a real trial, don't be too hard on yourself hoping!!

Well yesterday after another encounter with dh I had a lot of cramping to the point I'd say they were irregular contractions, but it's all settled down again.
karenb happy due date!! Any plans to help baby along?

I'm being induced on Sunday so my wife and I are doing our final preparations.
I've been so uncomfortable, been having cramps and back pain since Christmas eve.
More than ready to meet little one now!
