Hi ladies, not been in here properly in a wee while.

I got my apts finally! Booking apt is 2nd July and scan on the 11th July- I'll be 12wks exactly It's also just before we go up north to visit my brother and his partner so (fingers crossed that everything is ok) we can share the news with them when we're up
I'm looking in to a private early scan tho as still not getting many symptoms- sore, heavy hot boobs, constipation and maybe the tiredness is it Scared that it'll show nothing or a problem tho xx

It's only blooming scan day, eeek

I'm so excited this morning. Scan is at 11.30 so hopefully will have a nice pic to upload after lunch. We've never had a private scan before so will be interesting to see how it compares to the NHS early scan we had last time. It was quite rushed (as you'd expect with an NHS one really, I know they have limited time/funding) and they didn't explain an awful lot or tell us the heartbeat rate etc. We did get some great pics though so it was a good scan, just a very rushed one.

Even though I have been suffering badly with nausea, seeing baby will make this seem so much more real in my mind somehow

Now just to figure out how to break the news to my boss, as I'm still on maternity leave!!!!

My private scans have always been much nicer than NHS scans. As you' expect for nigh on £100

Am telling the family today and have woken up feeling sick with nerves lol.

This time next week we'd have just landed in Greece, also going to view a house on Tuesday so I have a Hell of a lot on.

I am a ball of nervous energy. So far today the house has been blitzed already (we have been up since 6am though)

I had to bring LO to A+E last night with a bang to the head but all was ok just had to keep an eye on him through the night so he's not long up now and seems fine today thankfully xx
