Salbutamol is a medicine used in asthma or in bronchiolitis and bronchitis is babies that have a cold and may of may not end up having asthma later in their life xx
It's scary in little babies as their airways are already quite narrow but babies get well pretty fast though they hate with passion the nebulizer and the sprays xx

Thanks fpr explaining about the medicine hope. Sadly no improvement at all so there is talk of an oxygen tube.....

James wont remember but I'm gutted. Although I just want hin better.

I just dont understand. He had such a rapid deterioration and no-one can say why?

Asthma crisis or bronchiolitis bronchitis (which all have the same mechanism just different etiologies) can fast get severe because of the babies narrow airways and the lack of abdominal muscles that usually help with breathing in those situations in adults.
Good news about that is that there are loads if treatments that James didn't try yet and they will start working.
There is nth bad about oxygen tube xx he will give his wee lungs some help and he may feel better xx
