Is anyone in TTC undergoing or preparing to undergo IVF?
I'm asking as were about to move house and I've uneathed the most fantastic hypnotherapy CD for IVF (split into 3 parts for the 3 stages of treatment - listen to the approproriate part for where you are in the process moving on when you reach the next stage). It retails for about £16 and I'd love to see it go to a good home if you are about to undergo treatment. It's just about calming, breathing, preperation, acceptance etc.
