Just wanted to pass this on-I was looking at the natal hypnotherapy website as I hope to implement the techniques during birth and I saw that they say that hypnotherapy can also help conception. I can appreciate it helping at birth but not so sure about conception... plus i'm scared my husband might switch it for a cd telling me to go get him a Big Mac lol

I definately look into the birthing CD when my time comes

The site carries hypnotherapy cd's for natural conception and better chances of conceiving through ivf x just thought if anyone was interested it might help x
