Itchy Feet!!

Hi ,

Has anyone else had tis problem.My feet just seem to itch constantly its worse in the evening and late afternoon. Ive now got a little rash onn one of them. Can anyone recommend anything to help? Its driving me mad!!!

are they swollen too? mine get a little itchy but i think it's due to the swelling...

i got a lovely cooling gel from boots.. it contains arnica and a few other aromatherapy things... you massage it in using upward strokes - very nice and cooling..

Yeah they are and the one with the rash is the one that swells up more than the other. I didnt realise it could make them itch if they swell.Im going to look for some of that el when i go to town later. Hope your not feeling to bad!! thanks
