is it possible?

I came off the pill on Monday 14th of May, when my period arrived as myself and my partner wanted to start to use condoms. My period lasted 4 days so on Friday the 18 we started having sex using condoms.. this worked out for us - Until Wednesday the 22nd the condom split. Am I likely to concieve? Not sure when I ovulate?

I would say its certainly possible, again it depends when you ovulate but sperm can survive for several days. I had my period on the 14th too and I reckon I'm just about to ovulate as I've started with the egg white cervical mucus yesterday. I usually OV about 14/15days after my period - seems to always be my fertile time. I would say technically unless you tend to OV early, chances are you havent caught your fertile period, but like I say there is always a possibility. I have previous fell pregnant after my usual OV x

I had the egg white cervical muscus yesterday too funnily enough. I guess there isnt an opportunity because am I right in saying that sperm only lasts for 7days?

who knows if its possible it all depends on ur own cycles i guess so its 50/50 realy and nothing u can do till either no af turns up or do a test close to af day xxx

hey girlies, hows things?? just joined the sight, and joined it with a very confused head today, i may throw it out there u might be able to give some advice.. period is late a good 16 days (yes very shocked) done my first test at 10 days negitive 14 days a digital one pregnant 1-2 weeks (fell off the toliet) not planned done a 2nd one the next day a plus sign one but very very very faint went to doctor came back positive but very faint she said have to go back thursday morningbut have just accepted the idea of being a "yummy mummy" and now im terrified there ll be dashed arrgghhh no sleep and soo worried x

i dont understand what you want advice on love?

sometimes you can get faint lines, some peoples lines fade as their pregnancy progresses, 1-2 weeks is very early though. GP is your best bet, they will be able to do bloods to check that your HCG is going up

Doc may just want to check that your levels are rising to rule out the possibility of a chemical pregnancy x
