incontinence

i keep leaking lately its driving me mad.
after i had nathan i was completley incontinent for about a week but regained control. my midwife said it was cos he was so big.
does anyone else have this? he is only my first dread to think what im gonna be like after another?? i dont think i have a UTI. i do pelvic floors but not as much as i should.
im 23 and p*ss myself

maybe try doing your pelvic floor exercises more

keep doing the pelvic floors, it will improve with time.
I've had three babies now and I still have 'stress' incontinence when I jog sometimes. I certainly can't do any trampolining either
Speak to the doctor if you're worried though......

Hiya you dont need to put up with it, got to the GP and ask to be referred to physiotherapy, they are very good and well help sort it out, hope that helps
