Im going crazy should i test?

We are TTC our first we had sex througt ovulation i am now 9 DPO and been having abdominal cramps since 4 DPO they felt like period pains but gradully got worse. I had a urine test today showing there is 1+ protien and trace of blood in there. My nipples are slightly tender. I cant think about anything else clearly. Am i reading the signs right?? its frustrating should i test??
