Still sat here waiting for AF though; normally I'd at least have some spotting by now but no sign what so ever. She's making me wait haha.

Not sure how much trying we'll get in as we'll be back at work for my fertile week and that always takes it out of us a bit. But we'll see.

Nope still no sign typical. Oh well; it should change my fertile week too much; might even mean it falls on a weekend which will be helpful haha.

Just makes it harder to guess ovulation as my cycles used to be dead on 28 days whereas they've been anything from 25 - 30 days recently and I'm on CD31 now... 32 today if AF doesn't show already. Boobs are starting to hurt more so hopefully not much longer.


Having quite a chilled Easter weekend eaten way too many treats the past couple of days whoops; but I'll easily get back on it once we're back at work. Just hope I don't put too much on this week.

Been a very lazy weekend, was hungover on Friday, movies Saturday, had in laws over yesterday and been in garden, made cakes and done laundry today!

Dreading jury service tomorrow, figured out how much money I’ll be down, I’m just managing as it is! Grrr

Can your work not claim back from the Jury service Ellie? Surely you can't be financially inconvenienced for this?
Today has been my only day off over easter I've been working extra shifts to go towards the wedding, hopefully earned enough to pay for my wedding ring

Think my normal cycle is returning after last month's tonsillitis blip!

Still no sign; it's really odd

I don't think so, but I did take a test today which was negative. It was a double pack so going to leave it another day or two and test again with FMU maybe at the weekend... or Wednesday if I can't wait.

I don't have any symptoms, but I also don't have any symptoms of AF which I usually do

Yeah - it's unbelievable really haha. Oh well if we got pregnant first cycle we'll be due in January so I suppose the later AF comes the later in Jan we will be due if we're lucky enough to fall first cycle.

They pay you a maximum amount at £61.45 a day so if childcare is £44 a day and would earn £80 a day you could still only claim £61.45 a day to cover both, which is very naff!!

That say in the video how great fulll they are for you participating, I’m just thinking ‘yeah cos I’d get fined if I didn’t though!’

There's still no sign; how long should I wait until I call the doctors do you think?

I'm 6 days late now; I've only ever been up to two days late before and even then I had spotting. My husband thinks I should test again in the morning and call the doctors if it's still negative. I don't know if we should wait a bit longer

That is rubbish Ellie; oh actually that's another point I was under the impression you could not do it if you have young children to look after; has that rule changed now as well?

Yes Donna as there is a mum on mat leave with a 7 month old, who is being passed from person to person whilst she’s doing these 2 weeks! Just naff.

Don’t know what the doctors would say tbh honest Donna, think they would want you to wait a little longer before they could help?

That's awful the rules seemed fine as they were. Poor lady and baby. They should really sort out the system though; not fair for people to lose out on money and for young families.

Ellie, sorry to hear about jury service. Seems very inconsiderate to "pick on" families with young children. I know of a perfectly healthy and fit male who chooses to work part time because he's so lazy and wants to play computer games in his spare time and it's people like that who should be "picked on"!!! His poor wife works her a*se off full time trying to make ends meet
Hope the case is straight forward and not too emotionally draining.
princess, not long until the wedding!! Spring is (pretty much) here so Summer is just around the corner.
No update with me really. Haven't started the ttc vits yet My gran is poorly and I've been so emotional lately I cant bring myself to talk about ttc with DH.
