I never said PP IS the same person as bubbleB and willow.

What I questioned was this new person "mummy21" who suddenly pops up and makes her FIRST ever post, from the same ip as PP posted from a few moments before, yet claims to know alot about the situation.
A few minutes after PP posts from the same IP again.

What were we supposed to do?
Not everyone using that IP is under suspicion, we do know that some people share ip addresses, and not everyone is a faker.


Princess, I am sorry if you are a genuine member, you can imagine it is difficult for us to have all this kicking off in one evening, and if you realise Marylou is a faker, and she is sharing the same ip address as you...it is a HUGE coincidence.

Urchin, do forgive me but im a little confused on this subject???

Yesterday I read Mica's thread on how Mary Lou had pinched her photos etc, and obviously thought it was terrible!

This morning I have come online again to check the thread and its disappeared, and I notice this one.

It seems I have missed all the vital information, what I can gather from this thread is that it has come to light that Princess Puddles has been accessing the forum from the same IP address as the 'fakers'. Is this correct? Has Princess been banned now?

The reason im asking all these questions is because I will admit that Puddles was/is a friend of mine, and im concerned as to whether or not I have been fooled by a member that is not genuine. Im sure others on this site will see this thread and be as confused as me as to what has gone on, because the original thread with all the vital info has gone and thats why I have posted this publicly.

I dont want to cause trouble, I just want to know that who I have been talking to in recent times is who she says she is; this sort of situation makes me extremely wary of using the forum and I think we all have a right to know clearly whats been happening.

As far as I was concerned yesterday, Princess was 'genuine' and now ive logged on this morning to read this thread totally unaware as to 'who' she is. Im not very technological with PC jargon and IP addresses etc so thought I should get this clarified!

This is just a very quick post as I am going out in a second, but just to let you all know that Princess_Puddles has now been un-banned, and an apology has been sent to her.

I am sure you all know that we work very hard to eliminate all fake activity on our forum for the benefit of all our members. However, this is often a very difficult and complicated task, and unfortunately last night a hasty mistake was made which no doubt was fuelled by a contribution from the user of a recently-opened account 'mummy21'. There have been suspicions about this particular account since it was opened on 8 November, but I won't go into the details here. That account has now been banned.

Moving forward, however, we will still be as vigilant in trying to identify fakers at all times in the future, as we don't want them on our forum and we know that you don't either.

If anybody wishes to discuss any of the above, please direct them to either myself or Urchin, thank you.

Sorry, I've just seen the posts from Sami, budge and JaidyBaby just after I posted above.

There was an issue last night, but all of the related threads have now been removed. Hopefully my post above will explain things.

Also, I'm out for most of the day now, and Urchin is at work, but we will both be on later on tonight.
