Did you try the yoghurt, did it work? I have the canesten cream but it barely relieves it. It'll be ok for a few days then once that itch comes it plays up for days. Hopefully I'm gonna feel up to shopping tomorrow and will get some natural yoghurt and give it a go, sounds like it might relieve it just from being from teh fridge lol
