Hypnobirth cd/book recommendations?

Should really probably post in Labour and Birth but its not very active...Been meaning to get on with buying a hypnobirthing cd/book or both for a while and as I'm 29 weeks now I'm planning on sorting it out next week.

Has anyone done hypnobirthing/currently doing it and have any recommendations for which book or cd etc to go for?

I’m 34 weeks and was recommended Kathrine Graves The Hypnobirthing book - arrived yesterday so will start reading this weekend!

if anyone has any recommendation for youtube links of the basics i'd be grateful as i dont think i have time to order /read a book!!

I used these with my previous pregnancies. I never followed it 100%, but what I did manage to read was really useful. Definitely going to make an effort to do it properly this time. Xx
