Hypnobirthing

Firstly I apologise as I know this has been asked again and again . But can anyone help me with this ? Basically im very interested in hypnobirthing , but there is very little around my area to help me , there is a practitioner 30 miles from here but I simply cant afford 300 Euro for a two hour session and the another 60 for her to either be there or to provide me with a cd and book . So being a bit of a tightfist I'm asking is there a book I can buy and do it myself or can anyone recommend something I can buy / download for my i-touch and start practising ? I really appreciate the help xxxx

I did natal hypnotherapy which is the British version and I only did it from book and cd's. It was fantastic!!!! Their website is www.natalhypnotherapy.co.uk highly recommended!
