    Hi everyone,
I'm really interested in hypnobirthing and have just looked on amazon to buy a book/cd about it, but there are so many!
    Can anyone recommend one?

Yep same, I've got natal hypnotherapy by maggie howell. She has an english accent if you prefer that. There a few threads on people experience etc in labour and birth if interested.. not had baby yet but it's helped me be more relaxed pre birth.

I've got the same one and it is very relaxing, although some people I know find the voice a bit annoying..... I suppose it depends on your patience levels :) I've not had baby yet but I'm hoping it helps. X
