Hello all,

I've just been on ebay looking at random bits and pieces and searched for pregnancy tests - they have some at ridiculously low prices.

I only ever thought you had to pay the earth for them in supermarkets/pharmacy etc, however these are so low they really nearly are giving them away.

So, my question is, would / do you trust them? Is there anything in particular I should be looking out for or beware of on ebay?

I've bought HPTs before but only occasionally when we weren't planning. So now that we're seriously TTC I'm aware I ay get through few and obviously saving a few pennies is always good!

So any hints/tips/suggestions? This isn't urgent as I'm only CD17 of 31 so I have a little while before testing.

Thanks all
Jolly x

Most people on here use ICs (Internet Cheapies, the ones you're talking about) for early testing. If they get a line on those, they then go on to use a dearer one.
Check the Am I Pregnant? section for hpt sensitivity list to compare.

One Step are the most common ones, and are very cheap xx

I've got some of the internet cheapies to start me off, then a tesco one to confirm and I do also have a digital one but saving that for when I def know I'm pg! I hate doing pg tests and am in possession of 12 of the bloody things! Hehe! The joys of ttc eh? Spend the first part of the month peein on ov d
Sticks and then the rest of the month on hpts! :-)

**don't quite know what happened to the lines in that last post!**

Yeah, internet cheapies are defo the way to go if you are gonna be testing loads (and believe me it is VERY hard not to become a POAS addict) You just have to be very careful with them as I find they can be quite bad for evap lines.
