How many hours sleep in total & how old are they?

Jacob sleeps from 6pm till 4am, has a bottle then sleeps till about 8.30 when i wake him up to take Kieran to school. He will have 30 min nap at about 10.30 then an hour or so at about 1.30-2.00. Sometimes i have to wake him to pick kieran up. It total its about 16 hours, he's 6 months old xx

Ffion sleeps 6.30pm - 6.50am (sometimes its 5am though for some reason!) with a bottle at 11pm
she naps 10.30am for around 30-40mins
she naps 1.30pm - 3.30pm

you can work out how many hours she sleeps LOL im too tired!

Seth is 1, and he sleeps from 8.00pm to 8.00am, so 12 hours, but he sometimes wakes in the night, and also if he naps for too long, he doesn't go to sleep while really late
