how early to symptoms ease off?

I swear if I didn't know my dates so well I'd swear I was further along then I am! I started being sick and feeling everything very early according to my midwife and now I'm feeling everything ease off earlier to? I havnt been sick for a few days and my constipation seems to be easing off... I still feel sick and very tired but just wondered if it was a bit early to be feeling better? I'm 9 and a half weeks xxx
