How do you work out when AF is due?

Do you wait till the day your ticker says CD1 as the day your due on? Or do you say you are due on the last day of your cycle i.e day 30 of a 30 day cycle?

I always thought it was when your ticker changes to CD1 that your due on but I noticed on of you ladies says your due tomorrow but you not on you last day of this cycle till tomorrow.

I get easily confused me LOL

i think its day1 is the day your due on, so like my ticker will say CD1 when am due but i might have some spotting on CD32, thats what i think anyway hun

mine usually begins evening CD29 so i count CD1 as when my AF is due but will usually have spotting CD29

I mark it on my calendar, for me it's always 27 days after my last period started (the day before 4 weeks) but mine's a day less than average.

The first day you come 'on the blob' is CD1
