how do you put up tickers,and development banner things??

could someone tell me how its done ,so i can get one or a few on my new babys development,would be appreicated,im hopeless at that sorta thing..thanks loads

You have to make 5 posts i think Hun before you can add one and you edit it by clicking the user cp panel at top left and edit signature x
