How are all you new mummies doing?

Thomas does gawk at the tv but I have the news and stuff on. I just figure he's going to be learning words from it

Austin loves watching Mickey Mouse!

Also loves watching darts, football & racing of any kind with daddy

Just popped on here after my ordeal. I had no intention of actually baking the cakes. Lol. That was the last resort if I couldn't find 3 little round ones. Ended up with a giant cupcake cake and 2 little chocolate sponges that I stuck on top of each other with icing, then wrapped a barbies legs in cling film and jammed it down the middle of the cake. Who knew you could buy ready to roll icing! For those who haven't seen on Facebook. Look what I created :-) can't believe it.

Would have just bought a normal cake if I wasn't scared of the soon to be 6 year old tantrums. She's been out all day, she better be great ful when she gets in.

That's fantastic toria! I like baking cakes but am rubbish at decorating them. Think I might have to start practising...

That's a good deal! Our lessons are £5.50 full price, £4.20 I'd you have an ease card, £3.00 if you have an ease priority and free if you're a member if the gym.

I have no idea why it's so expensive round here! I don't mind pete pays 4 them and she does really enjoy it we have both decided that after this term we are going to take her on our own now we have puddle ducks ideas lol xxx

I didn't realise it was such a good deal till now!! We also have a membership to our local sports center, £50 a month for us both so we can swim for free so we often go a couple of times a week once with Harry n once wwithout for a proper swim. I love the water it really helps to ear my muscles n pain would live in warm water if I could lol!!!

Our lessons are £7 a class and you have to pay for half a term with a 4 week cancellation period. They are great though and they teach us and the babies about being safe in the water so I'm happy to keep going

I rarely drink now for some reason - it's like I gave it up and don't miss it at all - I'm quite sad I don't enjoy it anymore

So jealous maud!

Just had S up at out of hours. She just confirmed a sick bug... No shit Sherlock! Today has just been horrendous - exorcist style vomits, honestly about 10 nappies of the most awful consistency and 4 vest/suit changes. :wall: I was more worried that she wasn't peeing at all in the few non pooey nappies, but she assured me the runny ones were making up for it. Luckily she had pooed in there so doc seen the consistency and basically said it's cos it was coming out before any digestion was happening. Hubby is nights too so another sleepless night watching my poor wee chicken incase she is sick. Hope everyone's had better Saturdays... And well done Toria, it looks amaaaazing!!

Ps is it awful that I'm almost relieved it's a sick bug and not weaning related?! I'll start again when she is better, hopefully with better results c

Aww bless! Hope she is better soon it I know what you mean about being glad it's not weaning related.

Oh no chick Macie had one too n it was awful they soon get back to normal poor s :-( hate seeing them poorly at least it's not weaning tho as that's ac worry hugs Hun xxxx
