How are all you new mummies doing?

Hayley doesn't have a set routine during the day, she normally has a bottle at 6:30am and sometimes wants another 8 oz by 8:30 whereas other days she'll wait happily until 11am ~. So the amount she drinks can vary day-to-day.

I'm quite happy to just go with the flow during the day as she's such a great sleeper at night

We Thomas slept till 5 last night (from 9.15) till he needed his first bottle and has just woken up. So we might be back in track!

I'm amazed Joseph went to bed at 8pm last night and slept until 7.30am xxx

After all that chat we had our first sensor false alarm!! Heard the alarm go off next to me and it took a few seconds to realise what it was. Hubby jumped up and ran through and there she was way at the bottom head and turned 180 degrees, wee monkey! That was at 5 and it took ages to get back to sleep but that was her til 8. So glad i didn't wake her up to feed her again!

Thanks Jen aw bless you. The monitors going off are awful. Joseph's went off this morning. Hubby ran through and the little monkey had managed to knock the control unit over. Little terror x

Well I text my friend to ask if we're still on for coffee at 2 today- I'm presuming we're not. She does this all the time (her husband doesn't like her white friends) and I love her but it annoys m that she expects me to warey day waiting for her text

People like that annoy me. My sister in law has spat her dummy out. She moved to alfreton in Derbyshire last year. She has seen Joseph 3 times in total despite being up at her mothers almost every weekend (they live 15 minutes from us). She text my husband last night demanding to know when we are going down as she wants to show off her house. When he said it is a little too far with Joseph at the moment. It's 3 and a half hours to hers. add on a food stop your looking at 4-4 and a half hours. so she is in a strop over it. x

It wasn't as bad when it was just me but I can't just drop everything and go out anymore. Oh well I'm going to my mums to bake a lot of cake this afternoon for an event so of she calls now I'll have to say I made other plans

Hi everyone, just stopped for the first time today. Dropped kids at school, off to the gym, them m&s and next to collect orders, then post office then dry cleaning. Emma's just gone to sleep so I've got about 20 mins till her next feed then off to collect the kids and to a friends house for the kids to play, then home to get ready for a friends 40th tonight! I could really do with a nap first!lol

Emma's having 5x 8oz bottles a day, but not finishing all of them.

Went to Drs today and they said they would prescribe Hayley with Ranitidine for her reflux...but she needs to speak to a pediatrician as she doesn't know what dosage to give...so need to wait until Thursday to find out. Urgh.

Isabelle has been practising shrieking all afternoon. Am glad she's found her voice and having fun, but it's very shrill!

OMG what is your GP paid for?! I was sat there when my doc worked it out! He's on 0.8ml 3 times a day of 75mg per 5ml. Austin weighs 16lb

Honestly no idea!

Bit annoyed, OH was going out after work for 1 or 2 shandys then was going to borrow his dads bike to cycle to balloch tomorrow (me and Hayley would get train meet him there and spend the day together)

I just text him to find out when he's coming home...said he's just "gonna leave" getting the bike...I asked why and he said "you know how it is...can't chance driving". After the last time he was out drinking like mad he said he'd never do it again, only drink in the house. So pissed off, leaving me at home with Hayley all by myself, not having the decency to tell me he's staying out getting pished, and now we're doing nothing tomorrow. He'll probs spend the day hungover. So annoyed, I couldn't say to him I'm going out for a little while he watches Hayley and just completely change my plan and not come home.

God knows how much money he'll spend. Whatever he spends tonight I'm taking tomorrow and I'm going shopping in town whilst he watched Hayley. I deserve a break more than him.
