We have waited months for this appointment for finally to happen
we get the letter today?! for tuesday! but my o.h is down south for football for three days
so he cant make the appointment and it states please ring if you cannot attend 5 days before..
and its bank holiday what the hell do we do now ?

Oh how annoying, just tell them you only just got the letter. Theres nothing you can do, I am sure they will reschedule for you xx

Aw thats a bummer! As said just explain youve only just got the letter and need to reschedule. Fingers crossed they can send you out another app asap. Its horrible waiting around xx
