Horrendous heartburn!!

Any1 any remedies that will help,it's not summat I suffer wiv so don't keep anything in although there might b a 4 yr old pack of rennie somewhere :/ Sat eating a yoghurt at the moment and gonna try s glass of milk next,but any other advice will b greatfully received. Xx

Go to the pharmacy for Gaviscon Advance (not the normal stuff!). You can only get it from a pharmacy but it's definately worth it. It's the only thing that really kept it away for me!

Thanks il try that wen my hubby gets in from work. Really doun my head in,spend all my time symptom spottin but this is 1 symptom that can bugger off lol x

I was going to suggest yoghurt, but the Gaviscon advance sounds like a better idea.

I've tried yoghurt and just had a big glass of milk which worked whilst I was drinkin it but heartburns back now I've finished grrrr!!! Lol
