Im getting a bit scared again

Ive been having like pink 'spotting' all morning like when I wipe

I know its happened before and it was fine but Im getting all worried again

I agree with the other girls hon, give the MW a call that's what they are there for. Remember you had it before and it was fine so it's probably just more of the same. Easy to say but TRY not to worry and have plenty of these
