HELP! TOO MAN NIGHT FEEDS?

We had a lovely routine up until this weekend, Alfie would feed from 8-9pm and sleep till 5am feed and go to sleep till 7 ish.Now its all gone pear shaped, he'll still feed 8-9 but then wake up at 1 , then 4 and then 6 ???
Whats happening, hes having proper feeds so he is hungrey but it seems so much. He doesn't sleep much during the day and feeds really well.
Could he be having a growth spurt or is he needing solids( bit early and I'm b/fing ) or is he doing it for comfort?
Any advice extremly welcome xx

It sounds either like a growth spurt or comfort feeding to me. I'd stick it out for another week or so and see if it settles back down again. Personally I think it's too early to be starting solids.

I agree, I think he may be having a growth spurt. Do you have him weighed regularly?

Yeah I do he was 9lb 4 oz when born and he is now 13 weeks and weighs as of last week 14 lbs 1 oz. Now I've thought about it I think it must be a growing phase hes been attached to my boob most of the day too. x

Ah bless him, so he is doing really well. My Isabella feed constantly when I was breast feeding, well done you for still doing it.
