Help! Scan today - What do I need !? I think I lost it >.<

Hey guys, I have my 20 week scan today, And I know I have to take my notes, But I have a feeling I was told to take the letter and a card with me like the first one..

The thing is.. They never GAVE me a second card and I kinda lost the letter with the move ..

Will it be ok just taking my notes ?

I just took my notes, I did see the antenatal clinic after tho and had to have a pee sample but not sure if that is normal as I was under consultant. Good luck cant wait to see the pics xx

i forgot my notes on first scan but thats all we have to take with us x

I've got mine on friday and I'm only taking my notes, you should be fine. Enjoy the scan

I had my notes and letter but its all on file so doesn't matter if you dont have the letter.
