i need to loose weight and have seen from here that most people find that slimming world seems to be the best, what i need to know isif people have tried the sw online haev they been successful? i havent got the confidence to go to a meeting as i really need to loose loads of weight and hate myself so much i couldnt bring myself to sit in a meeting. I dont want to sign up online and it be a waste of money.
