You can get dodgey tests but alot of the time you will have the hcg in your body. Ive never had a problem with these apart from when i had my chemical or mc.

Hey , yeah I used my last test and it was a dodgy one again.. All the dye has gone really weird before it got to the control line! I was upload a pic later! How frustrating!
To be honest I'm not getting my hopes up about this
I'd have thought being 4 days late it would have shown me a remotely decent line!!

I just did an opk test now as I had no hpt and the line is not showing positive for ovulation but it's pretty close!! I'm so confused!!!

hey loopylouize... i read today that with some women, a HPT will not show positive untill 7 days after a missed AF, so good luck... keep your hopes up... x

opks can detect preg but a hpt shud show up too hun, good luck fingers crossed
