heavy bleeding but scan shows baby ok

Well sunday at 01:30am i woke up gushing red blood. ended up in a n e.

had scan, baby there with heartbeat. doc kept me in and monday had another more detailed scan and nothing bleeding from baby or uterus or placenta.

they said its unexplained but now its tuesday and im still bleeding, im going crazy. they said not to worry but where is the blood coming from???

You cant tip water out of an empty glass

im 14 weeks now, does anyone know if anyone has had this, it just doesnt make sense

I had it at 9 weeks so earlier than you. I gushed red blood with clots and thought I was having another mc. When I had a scan babes hb was there quite happy and there was no reason for any bleeding at all. Went on for 3 days!!! Hope everything stays sticky for you. The body is a funny thing! xxxxx

Could be a broken blood vessel in the foof hun, as long as baby is ok don't panic, but if it doesn't stop soon ring your mw and see if she can get it sorted. Hope you are ok xxxxxxxx

i had a small bleed at 15 weeks, mw checked babys hb and said all was fine, was bright red and no reason but was only for a short while.
