Just wondering what other people think about the Heather/Paul McCartney divorce battle. I was going to do a poll as to whom people think is telling the truth but I'm not sure that would be allowed on the board? If it is would be interesting to do a poll.

I think he is telling the truth and she isn't, don't know why, just a gut feeling.

I don't know what to think. She seems very strong and confident when she's on TV and he looks very calm and loving. But domestic voilence carry's no 'look'

i am so out of the loop, what are these new alligations.

the problem i have with it all, is that everyone is saying 'oh poor paul'. but at the end of the day he is a man in his sixties. he has a lot of life experience and he isnt a naive young man with no experience of people taking you for a ride. at the end of the day he was like most of men, just thinking with his dick. so he gets what he reaps or whatever the saying is.

i dont like paul mccartney. if i has been a teenager around the time of the beatles i would have been all for george.

Heather Mills is no more than a gold digger.
She knew exactly what she was doing when she married paul MaCartney and had his daughter.

ebony, I understand where you are coming from. But you can apply the same logic to him. Not all men are wife beaters and if he is innocent then imagine how traumatic it is for him, the accusations and from someone he trusted and was in love with. There are male victims of these kind of allegations and people tend to forget that. I'm not saying he is innocent because in all likelihood we will never know but just because women tend to be the victims of domestic abuse does not make him guilty just because he is a man.

I also think its notable that his marriage to Linda McCartney came across as the perfect marriage and she was supposed to be deeply in love with him when she died. She never accused him of anything like violence, neither did his kids from her. If he was prone to domestic violence I would have thought he would have had a history of abuse with different women not just Heather. That is why her story doesn't ring true to me.

Well I have always disliked Paul McCartney, he is an arrogant pompous t*at in my eyes.

I dont know if Heater is telling the truth, but if she is lying, to make alligations like that when they have a child, could really mess that child up and confuse them to believe that their dad does stuff like that. I dont know how any parent could do something like that, so if she is lying then she really is scum!

thats right. if he was so bad Linda and her girls would have spoken out surely.

A lot of them seem far fetched that I think there might just be a shred of truth in them plus some allegations can easily be verified such as him demanding she cook for him when she was post op, comments about her request for a bed pan, constantly disturbing her whilst she is trying to breastfeed etc etc. There will be witnesses to this for example a cook could say well that isnt true because I did it all, the midwife can verify Pauls behaviour.

I actually believe some of the things she's saying are true, I know the law puffs them up (You wanna see my divorce papers!) but removing the legal jargon and fluff then you are left with some allegations that might just have some grounding.

At the end of the day Paul was probably on the rebound, he is a wealthy experienced man who probably wasnt thinking entirely with his head.....
How many of you would have taken the same opportunity she did if she is as claimed a gold digger?
