don't think so budge. lots of innocent people have been wrongly imprisoned.
i think it's a case of guilty until proven innocent really - that's why you have to provide alibies etc.

incidently, did you know that a man was once found guilty in canada of killing a small bird after he killed his pony? lol

Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty. You provide alibies etc so that your guilt is proven/disproven and not assumed.

I just think it's all very sad. Divorce is such a difficult time anyway and to have it raked over in detail in public by the press who, let's face it, will quite happily blow most things totally out of proportion, must be really upsetting for them and their families.
