ok first of all off topic - omg i worked out how to do the icon thing on the main page for each section yay lol

but on to main topic :rotfl:
wot healthy snacks do u have? in the last few weeks iv been sooo hungry and snacking on crap so wanted some ideas :D

Fruit salad (I even made and took one to the cinema last night, much to OH's embarrassment!  )
I keep loads of cut up fruit in the fridge so I can just pick when I want.

I love cottage cheese on fat free crackers.

If I am craving crisps, then I really like salt and vinegar rice cakes.

I'm not a fan about how about a jacket pot? (obviously not with loads of butter!)

I love fish sticks which are great for snacking. But not everyones a fan

For chocolate cravings, snack a jacks choc chip rice cakes are really nice and only 70 cals.

Muller lights

Some soups are good too. Go for the clear ones though and watch the salt content

I live on salads lfc and spent a fortune on salad bags. Salad bags are yummy but costs so much. 99p in Tesco for a little bag of rocket  So I grew my own this year :cheer: I just buy a bag of raw spinach and use that as my lettuce base. It's so much cheaper and a bag can last a whole week :)

My favourite healthy snack to nibble on at work currently is carrots, celery and peppers. I just slice them into sticks and keep nibbling.

For sweet stuff I do normal fruit and sometimes dried, for example Island Mix from Tesco's. It's highly calorific, so you can't eat that much, but it's certainly healthier than chocolate and full of fibre.

dried fruit. houmous & carrots/cucumber. yoghurts.
